How to Create an Orchestration Campaign
One AI-guided wizard coordinates organic social, paid ads, email, SMS, and CRM journeys — instead of building each channel by hand.
What Makes a Campaign Different
An orchestration campaign is different from a single Social Shout, Ad Shout, or email blast:
| Feature | Where | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Orchestration campaign | +CREATE → Campaign | Multi-channel plan, build, schedule, report, optimize |
| Ad Shout | Create → Social → CREATE AD, or a Store product | Single ad creative; download ZIP or schedule organic |
| Email blast | Create → Email | One-time email only |
| Social Shout | Create → Social | Organic posts only |
Paid ad creatives can be generated without connected ad accounts. Publishing paid ads requires Meta and/or Google in Paid Ad Settings. Install store conversion tracking for purchase optimization.
Step-by-Step: Goal, Plan, Build, Schedule
Step 1: Goal & Brief
- Click +CREATE → Campaign
- Name the campaign (optional but recommended)
- Choose your goal — sales, awareness, or announcement
- Set what you're promoting — product, product line, URL, or event
- Add promote picks (products or URLs), or describe everything in The Brief
- Set timing — event, fixed date, or holiday
- Select channels — Organic Social, Social Ads, Email, SMS, CRM as needed
- Social Ads: under Publish as (select all that apply), select any combination:
- Schedule as organic posts
- Publish to Meta Ads (paid)
- Publish to Google Ads (paid)
- Set ad variants (1–5). When Meta paid is selected: Meta gross ad spend and optional pixel/optimization. When Google paid is selected: Google gross ad spend (separate from Meta).
- Click Save, then Make A Plan
Step 2: Analyze & Plan
- Analyze runs AI on your brand intelligence and prior campaign learnings
- Review the Plan — channel mix, schedule dates, paid budget share, and creative notes
- If paid ads are planned and Meta/Google are not connected, choose Continue without integration to build paid materials anyway
- Edit plan sections if needed, then click Approve Plan
Step 3: Build Materials
- Click Build — a progress overlay shows AI generating organic shouts, paid ad variants, emails, SMS, and journeys
- Review each material in the Materials grid
- Approve the items you want to schedule or publish
- For paid ads without connect: use Download, Export (Drive/Canva), or edit in Preview
- With Meta connected: Publish to Meta on an approved item — confirm gross spend
- With Google connected: Publish to Google on an approved item — confirm gross spend, flight dates, and campaign type
Step 4: Schedule
- Click Schedule — organic, email, SMS, and CRM sections commit to the calendar and send queues
- Social Ads (paid): paid section is skipped at schedule — drafts marked ready; publish from Build when you choose
- After scheduling completes, you land on Schedule with refreshed calendar events
After Launch: Report & Optimize
- Open the campaign's Report tab for channel metrics, UTM revenue, and learnings
- Analyze → Campaigns shows a portfolio rollup across every campaign
- Optimize (once Scheduled or Active) may suggest winners, fatigue warnings, or paid budget reallocation — review, then Apply or Dismiss
Promoting a Product Line
- In Step 1, set subject type to a product collection, or use Browse product lines
- Pick a synced collection from Store → Collections (Shopify/WooCommerce)
- The plan rotates member products across organic, paid, and email materials automatically
Billing Notes
Meta and Google ad spend are charged by those platforms to your ad account payment methods — not your Get Shouting subscription. A 3% processing fee on gross ad spend is charged at publish (Stripe invoice or a one-time Shopify approval).
