How to Create Recurring Posts

Schedule a designed Ad to republish as organic posts on a repeating cadence—every week, two weeks, or four weeks.

Recurring posts copy your Ad creative to new Shouts on each interval and schedule them to the platforms you select. This is for organic republication—not paid Meta, Google, or TikTok trafficking. Requires a Pro or Agency plan.

When to Use This

Keep a hero product or offer visible on social without rebuilding creative each week
Repurpose an Ad design you already finalized in Preview
Complement one-off Shouts or a Store batch with a single repeating series

Step by Step

Create or open an Ad on Preview (Create an Ad)
Click Schedule My Shout (or equivalent schedule action) to open Schedule Selector
Select platforms, date, and time for the first occurrence and complete scheduling successfully
Set Repeat Frequency to Every week, Every 2 weeks, or Every 4 weeks
Set Stop Repeating On to an end date (series stops after that date; up to 52 occurrences)
Confirm scheduling—Get Shouting materializes upcoming copies (all at once when the series is small, or on a rolling schedule for longer series)

Rules & Limits

Only Ads support recurrence (not plain organic Shouts)
The first post must schedule successfully before the series is saved
Each occurrence is a copy scheduled to the platforms selected for the series
Intervals: 7, 14, or 28 days; maximum 52 occurrences per series
You receive email notice when a series is scheduled and again before it ends

Manage the Series

Open Schedule to view projected and materialized occurrences. Rescheduling or canceling the entire series is done from the calendar when a recurring series is selected.
